Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Clinic Operations team with administrative tasks, ensuring smooth clinic operations.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of training programs and procedures.
  • Generate and assist with reports for tracking clinic performance and operational activities.
  • Coordinate and manage internal communication between the clinic and other teams.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in any discipline / GCE 'A' Level / 'O' Level / Higher NITEC in Service Skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • A strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to improving patient experience.
