2. Responsibilities

As a Lead Instructor, your responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating and integrating new programming tools to enhance teaching.
  • Creating and updating engaging educational materials, such as slides, videos, and coding exercises.
  • Designing and adjusting assessment plans based on student needs.
  • Teaching coding classes in Scratch, Python, and C++.
  • Preparing students for coding competitions.
  • Fostering a collaborative and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Providing constructive feedback to help students improve their skills.


3. Educational Qualifications

  • A Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Non-IT candidates with strong programming skills are also encouraged to apply.
  • Preferably 1-2 years of experience teaching coding or AI-related subjects.

4. Eligibility Criteria

  • At least 1-2 years of work experience in coding instruction.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Open to Singaporean, PR, and Malaysian applicants only.
