Responsibilities

  • To carry out inspection of properties including returned properties and all follow-up actions to monitor and report compliance with requirements
  • Unapproved Building Works and any Additions/Alterations,
  • Fire Safety Measures,
  • Unapproved Usage or Change of Usage of Premises
  • Illegal activities in premises e.g., illegal dumping, gambling, etc
  • Unapproved Worker’s Dormitory
  • Unapproved sales of diesel
  • Unapproved subletting,Encroachment,Illegal storage of Petroleum and other Flammable Materials,Poor Maintenance/Housekeeping.
  • Dormitory inspections
  • Safe Management Measure Inspections
  • Joint inspections with regulatory authorities

Requirements

  • A Bachelor Degree in Engineering
  • Relevant working experience
