Roles & Responsibilities

Hiring ICT Trainers/ Executives for Primary Schools

Let's make technology AWESOME for primary school students

You will work closely with the HOD/ICT to draw up ICT related programmes for students and staff.

Your Day-to-Day Duties
Conducting trainings for students:

  • Lead fun, engaging ICT lessons and enrichment programs for primary school students
  • Introduce children to cool tech tools and concepts—coding, robotics, digital art, and more
  • Create interactive, age-appropriate content that sparks curiosity and creativity
  • Inspire students to think critically and confidently with technology. Coding and computational thinking such as Micro:bit, Scratch, Thunkable, drone programming and Arduino.

Planning and executing short training programmes (for staff):

  • Photo and/or video editing
  • Coding (eg. Matata Lab, Micro:bit, Arduino, Html etc)
  • Useful internet resources for Teaching and Learning.
  • Student Learning Space (SLS)

Other Tasks or Duties

  • Support the Authority's ICT Manager in administrative matters and data generation if required.
  • Ensure that MOE policies, guidelines and standards are adhered to.
  • Maintain the Authority's computer labs to ensure that the lab is in functional, neat and orderly condition.
  • Take charge of the Authority's iPad carts, accessories, programme and any other digital devices, under the supervision of the ICT Manager.

What We're Looking For:
1. Candidate with diploma or above in the relevant discipline is preferred.

2. 3 or more year experience in ICT training.

3. Expereince in conducting training, preferably in a school setting.

4. Candidate must Videography and Photography editing skiils.
