Purchase cum Admin Executive
Responsibilities
- Prepare purchase requisitions and purchase orders for all direct & indirect purchases
- Must be resourceful and good negotiation skill to achieve good price & payment term from vendors
- In-charge & verify PO created
- Build good business relationship with vendors
- Provide monthly report & incoming report for respective department
- Matching of PO document vs shipment receipt
- Source for reliable forwarders and negotiate on good pricing & payment term
- Track/monitor deliveries including overseas shipment
- Arrange and handle incoming shipments with logistic department
- Follow up with Vendors on materials issues
- Follow-up continuously with suppliers to ensure timely delivery & find solutions to any possible delays
- Work with the operations/logistics team to ensure incoming orders are processed and stored in our warehouse in a timely manner.
- Involve in monthly stock take activities and vendor performance
- Prepare and analyze monthly procurement reports
- Any other admin tasks as per assigned
Requirements
- Advanced diploma in any field.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience
- Able to converse in English and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS office applications.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Possess initiatives and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
