COORDINATOR - JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Coordinate and managing day-to-day operations of the entire business related computerised operations.
2. Coordinate and Lead the sales team to achieve target and fully responsible for the customer relations
3. Coordinate and Lead purchase team and oversee goods purchases. Negotiate with suppliers when necessary.
4. Plan and improve the existing business strategies to increase sales.
5. Navigating business based on financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
6. Developing long-term business plans based on these reports
7. Monitors competitors by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products
8. Needs to handle export/import documentation work particularly customs clearances.
9. Responding to and dealing with customer communication by email and telephone and handle customers complaints.
10. Train and streamline new sales staffs on sales techniques and operational duties.
11. Monitor stock and stock movements. Monitoring and Keeping stock control systems up to date and making sure inventories are accurate to avoid stock overflow or shortage.
12. Ensure procurement and warehouse space are proportional. planning future capacity requirements;
13. In case of emergencies, that is in the absence of porters needs to load, unload goods. (Able to handle 25 kg, 50 kg bags).
14. Report to senior manager, director and coordinate with accounts department.
15. Getting customers exact requirement and fulfill their expectation. Continuously upgrade quality of customer service. Always have a smiling face with good intention at heart to help customers to improve business.
16. Must work Weekly 6 days from Shop opening to Shop closing(8 am to 8 pm with 3 hours break, Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays must work)
Requirements
1. MOM recognised Bachelor degree in computer science to coordinate computerised operations.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in the relevant field. Must have knowledge and experience in business operations.
3. Able to handle export import documentation works particularly customs clearances.
4. Must have a clear knowledge and experience in plastics and foam material items.
5. Able to work long hours in festive seasons.
6. In case of emergencies, that is in absence of porters needs to load, unload goods. (Able to handle 25 kg, 50 kg bags).
7. Effective communications skills with commanding power.
8. Capable to lead the Sales and Purchases teams.
9. Capable to train and streamline new recruitments.
10.Must work Weekly 6 days from Shop opening to Shop closing(8 am to 8 pm with 3 hours break, Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays must work)
