Your Job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales/Office Administrator to join our dynamic Sales & Operations team. This is a 12-month contract position with a focus on maintaining efficient sales processes and providing administrative support.You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales activities.


Our Team

You will be Reporting directly to the ERP Team Leader.


What You Will Do

  • Efficiently process sales orders within designated time frames.
  • Generate and distribute order acknowledgments to relevant parties.
  • Guarantee accurate order entry and maintain meticulous documentation within our system.
  • Provide administrative support to other ERP functional and business teams as needed.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless sales operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle administrative requests and queries from sales and operation leaders.
  • Assist in the coordination of end-to-end sales process activities, from lead generation to closure.
  • Assist in the tracking of sales targets and sales performance metrics.


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Hold an ITE or Diploma qualification
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a sales administration role.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be a collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


What Will Put You Ahead

  • Advanced knowledge of ERP systems.
  • In-depth understanding of commercial terms and conditions, such as INCOTERM and payment terms, which will be considered a distinct advantage.
