A renowned global online brokerage is currently seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to manage their institutional sales as well as high value offshore clientele.

With your extensive experience in the brokerage industry and a proven track record of success, you will play a pivotal role in managing the firm's most high-profile accounts, offering you the opportunity to drive business growth to new levels. You'll be joining a prestigious brokerage firm that provides a comprehensive range of digital financial products, trusted by a wide array of financial institutions, ranging from retail banks to proprietary traders. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee and manage an existing portfolio of institutional clients and wholesale partners, with a primary focus on ANZ.
  • Have a thorough understanding of each client's business and its specific needs.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers and vital stakeholders.
  • Identify new opportunities within these organizations where the firm's services and solutions can support their business growth.
  • Actively participate in partners' growth strategies and go-to-market plans, including sales and marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders at partner organizations to create joint growth strategies.
  • Monitor, optimize, and execute partner growth plans effectively.
  • Collaborate proactively with specialized teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Work closely with the Account Management team to continuously refine business processes and improve service quality.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for any unresolved issues faced by clients.

Knowledge and experience required:

  • 10 years of experience in financial technology, brokerage, wealth management, or investment sectors.
  • Certified in CMFAS RES1B, RES2B, RES 5, CM-EIP, and CM-SIP or any similar certifications.
  • Deep understanding of retail wealth management or retail brokerage businesses.
