Project Assistant

Job Descriptions
- Assist in preparing project plans, schedules, and timelines.
- Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and files.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for project team members.
- Assist with the preparation and management of project budgets and resources.
- Monitor project progress and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Support the team in ensuring that project goals are met in line with project scope, quality standards, and deadlines.
- Act as a point of contact between project stakeholders, clients, and team members.
- Prepare and distribute project updates, status reports, and meeting agendas.
- Respond to client inquiries and assist with customer communications as needed.
- Ensure that all project-related documents are stored and managed correctly.
- Track project deliverables and ensure they are completed according to the schedule.
- Support the team in risk management and mitigation efforts by maintaining proper documentation.
- Identify and report issues or obstacles affecting project timelines or budgets.
- Assist in finding solutions to challenges that arise during the course of a project
Job Requirements
· A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
· Previous experience as a project assistant, project coordinator, or in a similar administrative role is a plus
· Knowledge or experience in project management software
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude and problem-solving skills.
· Strong team player with a collaborative approach.
· Adaptable and flexible in a dynamic work environment.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
