Full Time Customer Service Officer

As a Full-Time Frontline Executive, you will havethe opportunity to be an ambassador of The Alternative Story(T.A.S.). You will be in charge of engaging customers and providingadministrative support to our customers and teachers. You will bethe backbone of our centre operations where your traits of beingdetailed and service-oriented will enable you to excel in what youdo.
You will work with vibrant people who valueexcellence and teamwork as much as you do. Here, your hard workwill pay off and you will be given room to grow your skills andprogress your career. Opportunities to progress to a supervisoryrole will be open to team members who are keen.
At the end of each day, you will feel fulfilled knowingthat you have brought joy to our customers and helped to ensure thesuccess of our day-to-day operations.

- Holding at leastGCE O-Level qualifications or equivalent
PreferredQualifications
- Atleast 1 year of experience in customer service and administration(not a requirement but a plus)
Other Details of theRole
- Attractivecompensation and benefits package ($2500 - $3000) with AWS andperformance bonus
- Work schedule consists of 4weekdays (includes Friday) and 1 day of the weekend (Sat ORSun)
- 11.30am - 7.45pm (3 of out 4 days fromMon to Thurs), 1 pm - 10 pm (Friday), 8.30am - 5.00pm (Sat ORSun)
- Work location will be atAng Mo Kio Central OR ParkwayCentre
- Commitment period of 1year
