Roles & Responsibilities

Job Title: Cruise Specialist (ID7040)
Location: Esplanade
Working Hour： 5days work week, 11am-8pm
2 weekdays off per week. Fri/Sat/Sun must work.
Salary: $1,800 - 4,000 (with commissions & allowances)

Job Description
• Provide customer service to walk in, phone in, text in and live chat customer.
• Provide Insight recommendations to customers.
• Prepare quotation for enquiry including air ticket, tour, cruise, and insurance.
• In charge of operations including booking and confirmation, and issuing voucher

Requirement:
• Min Diploma qualifications in any field
• Min 2 years’ experience in handling both homeport cruise and fly-cruise sales
• Computer skills in Sabre System, OB system and Microsoft Office
• General Cruise and F.I.T Knowledge
• Hands-on experience in worldwide air ticketing and customized travel
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Strong follow up skills
