Roles & Responsibilities

Working days: 5 days + Alternate half Saturday
Working hour: 8:30am - 6pm
Salary: $2300 - $2500
Office Location: Near Ubi / MacPherson MRT


Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to line of business and projects
  • Assist in prepare audit/tender documents preparation and submission.
  • Assist in permits and licenses application with relevant authorities.
  • Monitor and track inward and outward project submissions.
  • Liaise with clients, supplier, subcontractor and relevant parties. *site meeting
  • Assist in permits and licenses application with relevant authorities.
  • Communicate and work closely with project team.
  • Work closely with Director
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc projects/duties assigned
