Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage users to carry out feasibility studies for hospital rejuvenation projects.
  • Lead the design development of projects and the procurement process of consultancy and construction packages for the project implementation.
  • Review and approve project schedules, method statements, material submission, and Permit to work during construction stage.
  • Oversee and manage consultants and contractors in the delivery of their services following their contract terms.
  • Develop project governance policies and processes.
  • Develop technical standards for the cluster infrastructure projects.
  • Lead and execute Special Projects or tasks as directed by the reporting officer.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architectural/Architectural Technology or Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design, Quantity Surveying or Estate with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare infrastructure or project management/design consultancy in the built environment sector, preferably in the public sector.
  • Extensive experience in designing healthcare facilities that involve extensive workflow and stringent environmental requirements is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Building Regulations, Environmental Health Safety and Workplace Safety Health requirements about infrastructure facilities development.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD drafting. Knowledge of 3D Sketchup software is advantageous.
