Join our People Technology team as a People Technology Specialist where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our HR systems and processes using Microsoft products, and generating data insights using data board tools. Your expertise in the Microsoft suite of products, including SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, along with your experience in developing and implementing robotics process automation and power applications, will drive our digital transformation efforts. This role demands agility, problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver solutions under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy solutions using SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate to optimize HR workflows to enhance employee experience, improve operational efficiency and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Design and build insightful dashboards and reports that provide actionable intelligence to the department.
  • Lead the development and deployment of Robotics Process Automation (RPA) to optimise HR operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and develop Power Applications that align with business objectives.
  • Manage the lifecycle of HR technology projects, adopting the latest technologies, from conceptualisation of ideas to solutions, ensuring quality standards, timely delivery and keeping within budget.
  • Monitor and analyse technical performance metrics and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage virtual machines supporting RPA bots. Validate system processes after maintenance work on the virtual machine.
  • Mitigate and manage all risks associated with initiatives and enhancements.
  • Participate in HRMS transformation projects and provide expert advice on RPA and automation tools to improve overall efficiencies.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to department on Microsoft technology solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Relevant certifications in Microsoft technologies preferred and IHRP certification is advantageous.
  • 5 years of relevant working experience, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with RPA tools and methodologies.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing solutions with SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and other Microsoft technologies.
  • Proven experience with data board tools and platforms eg Power BI
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively in a team environment.
