Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Able to manage public relation issues and general project enquiries with residents effectively.
  • Handling feedback / complaints of the residents, arranging for works to be carried out within flats.
  • Perform any clerical duties assigned by immediate superior.
  • Ensure good rapport and maintaining positive relations with residents.
  • Attend and provide administrative assistance in construction working committee meetings.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level.
  • Minimum 1-year of relevant experience in similar capacity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Pleasant personality and friendly disposition.
  • Candidates with HDB HIP experience would be an added advantage.
  • Alternate full Saturday.
  • Location: Chai Chee & St George
