Public Relations Officer

Job Description
Manage public relation issues and general project enquiries with nearby residents/ public
To prepare and disseminate the circulars to notify the residents and stakeholders of the work activities nearby.
Handle and resolve conflicts, feedback, complaints pertaining to the project. Work closely with construction team to address to the feedbacks.
Maintain good rapport and positive relations with residents.
To attend LTA weekly and monthly meetings.
Perform other public relations tasks as assigned by Management.

Requirements
GCE O level / Diploma / Degree in any field
At least 3 years of relevant experience working with Main Contractors handling LTA projects
Possess following Soft Skills :
Able to work under stress and prioritize tasks
Resourceful
Self-motivated with high degree of integrity
Highly Organized
Excellent time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft office, excel, words and powerpoint
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
