Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Communications Executive to join our team at ITMA Services. The Marketing Communications Executive/Senior Executive will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing and communications efforts. The ideal candidate should be creative and proficient in graphic design tools and understand digital marketing platforms and social media channels.


Key Responsibilities

· Digital and Content Marketing:Support the Marcom team to coordinate the sending out of content created, including assisting in the management of schedules for sending out such content via EDM, social media posts, or any other marketing channels the company uses.

· Graphic Design:Create visually appealing graphics and marketing materials using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to support digital marketing campaigns.

· Website Content Maintenance: To maintain and update the information on the website, including proposing and preparing the information to be updated on the website promptly to meet the promotional milestones, using a Content Management System (CMS). Currently, the company uses both Sitefinity and Kentico.

· Advertising: Support the planning and execution of offline and digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).

· Partner Marketing: Work with media partners and supporting organisations to ensure ITMA’s advertisement artwork(s) and/or web banners reach them in a timely manner, and to monitor that the advertisements and/or web banners are placed as per the agreed schedule(s).

· Events: Assist in the planning and logistics of online or in-person roadshows and launch events.

· Registration Management: Support the team to develop and manage the online and onsite visitor registration system, including answering of enquiries.

· Database Management: Build and maintain an accurate and up-to-date database on Salesforce and ensure data integrity and compliance with GDPR and PDPA regulations.

· Visitor Services: Deliver excellent attendee experience through prompt support services before, during and after the exhibition. Services include enquiry management and onsite hospitality support, working with our Official Travel Agent (OTA).

· Survey: Manage the end-to-end process of onsite visitor survey, including questionnaire development, data collection, analysis and reporting.

· Analysis and Reporting:Compile comprehensive reports to provide regular updates to senior management regarding the status and achievements of marketing initiatives and campaigns.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

· One to three years of experience applying graphic design knowledge to create collaterals and digital marketing campaigns. Experience in the MICE industry will be an advantage.

· Proficient in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite. Basic knowledge of Premier Pro or other media editing software would be an advantage.

· Good analytical abilities, including interpreting data, identifying patterns, and drawing actionable conclusions.

· Working knowledge in digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics for effective campaign management, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta and Google Analytics (GA4). A basic understanding of SEO principles is a plus.

· Familiar with social media platforms (including WeChat).

· Good written and verbal communication abilities.

· A team player with strong organisational and time management skills.

· Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

· Genuine enthusiasm for engaging with individuals and fostering positive interactions.
