As we expand, we seek a visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our team and drive our company to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to secure new contracts for eco-friendly cleaning services in office buildings, condominiums, hospitals, factories, shopping malls, schools, and canteens.
  2. Identify and target potential business opportunities to expand the company's client base and enhance market presence in non-household cleaning services.
  3. Lead negotiations and contract discussions, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals.
  4. Create impactful promotional campaigns and initiatives to attract new clients and promote innovative, eco-friendly cleaning solutions.

Client Relationship Management:

  1. Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business across all cleaning service sectors.
  2. Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or issues promptly.
  3. Implement client feedback to improve service delivery and enhance overall client experience.

Compliance and Regulatory Management:

  1. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies, maintaining a safe and ethical work environment in all cleaning operations.
  2. Monitor and update company policies and procedures to reflect changes in regulations and best practices for all service areas.
  3. Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential issues.

Talent Recruitment and Development:

  1. Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of top talent to build a high-performing cleaning team.
  2. Implement talent management strategies to retain and motivate employees within the cleaning services sector.
  3. Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support employee growth and development.

Organizational Efficiency:

  1. Implement and refine the company structure and processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness in the provision of cleaning services.
  2. Monitor and manage company performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  3. Lead the development and implementation of innovative solutions to streamline cleaning operations and enhance service delivery.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

  1. Identify and implement new technologies and methodologies to enhance cleaning operations and service delivery.
  2. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging employees to contribute ideas and solutions for better cleaning practices.
  3. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative in the cleaning sector.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field (Master's in Business Administration is a plus).
  • 10-15 years of experience in company management and operations, with a proven track record in business development and product sales.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive growth and innovation.
  • Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and business associates).
