Roles & Responsibilities

This is a part-time position for weekdays (8:00 AM to 1:00 PM) at $12.00 per hour (with CPF contribution).


Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Enrols participants and handles re-schedule, withdrawal and refund requests.

2. Checks and files return of attendance sheets, assessment records and excess materials.

3. Assists with the compilation and management of course materials.

4. Performs ad hoc administrative tasks, ensures proper upkeep of office equipment, and maintains optimum stock levels of all office and sundry supplies.


Requirements:

1. Minimum educational qualification: ‘N’ Level or equivalent.

2. Be computer literate and conversant with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

3. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

4. Meticulous with strong emphasis on details and accuracy.

5. With strong work ethnics, professional conduct and a postive (can do) mentality.
