Roles & Responsibilities

  • Location: Paya Lebar
  • Working Hours: 830am - 6pm
  • Salary up to $5000


Job Duties:

  • Design and implement training administration processes tailored to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify and optimize processes for improved efficiency.
  • Coordinate training sessions with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead and provide support to a team of 15 training administration staff.
  • Oversee the daily operations of training administration from start to finish.
  • Prepare and present monthly reports to management.
  • Facilitate monthly management meetings.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in business, operations management, data analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer service management, training/operations, service planning, and involvement in process improvement and data analysis.
  • Strong leadership abilities to effectively motivate and guide the team, ensuring deployed personnel are dedicated, perform well, and have the necessary knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the capability to provide clear instructions, offer guidance to the team, deliver exceptional customer service, and manage high-level escalations.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to analyze information from multiple sources to resolve issues, offer focused solutions to business challenges, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Solid expertise in governance, performance management, and project management, especially in ensuring a smooth and efficient transition from the previous service provider, along with innovative service management practices.
