  • Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de crecimiento empresarial.
  • Gestionar las relaciones con los clientes y buscar nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
  • Supervisar y coordinar las actividades del equipo de ventas.
  • Analizar tendencias del mercado y competencia.
  • Participar en negociaciones de contratos importantes.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de ventas y crecimiento.
  • Colaborar con otros departamentos para mejorar la eficiencia y efectividad de las operaciones.


Perfil buscado (h/m)

El/la candidato/a seleccionado deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos:

  • Título universitario en Administración de Empresas, Marketing, Ventas o campos relacionados.
  • Experiencia previa en un puesto de liderazgo en ventas o desarrollo de negocios.
  • Fuertes habilidades de negociación y de toma de decisiones.
  • Capacidad para establecer y mantener relaciones comerciales sólidas.
  • Conocimientos sólidos de la industria de Transporte y Distribución.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación en español e inglés.
