Group Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities
- Liase with various business units in Singapore and other regions to ensure submission of reports for monthly reporting
- Consolidate the accounts under the group with focus on timeliness, accuracy and completeness
- Handle legal entity month-end closing and ensure accounts are kept in accordance with relevant accounting standards
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly business reports, provide detailed analysis and commentary on business performance
- Lead the annual group statutory audit and liaise with both the group and subsidiaries' auditors for timely completion of statutory audit;
- Work with various Business units to develop annual budget
- Review and approve group companies’ expenses in accordance with the organisation’s delegation of authority matrix
- Support in evaluation and implementation of consolidation tools for the group subsidiaries
- Other ad hoc projects and analysis that may be delegated
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5-8 years of overall experience with at least 3 years in audit or a related field.
- Good understanding of Singapore and international financial reporting standards and strong technical and analytical skills.
- Have consolidation experience and able to perform consolidation with excel
- Ability to work independently and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to knowledge sharing and improvement.
