Description

A newly created position for a Group Finance Manager to oversee all facets of financial operations. As a key member of the leadership team, you will:

  • Be a key business partner to senior management, providing financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, adhering to GAAP or IFRS accounting principles.
  • Lead a team of talented finance professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
  • Implement and maintain robust internal controls and risk management frameworks.
  • Manage treasury functions and optimize working capital strategies.
  • Support M&A due diligence activities (if applicable).

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CMA, or equivalent a plus)At least 7 years of experience in a finance leadership role within a professional services firmStrong understanding of GAAP or IFRS accounting principlesHands-on, analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with senior management and finance team members.Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.Collaborative and results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
