Established since 1997, Microtac Systems Pte Ltd is a major supplier and installer for access floor systems in Singapore. We are a key solutions provider for the building industry, with our extensive range of products including access floor systems, floor coverings, static control systems as well as carpets and self-levelling compounds.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to support our business growth. The role is ideal for individuals who have a strong understanding of HR processes and are looking for a part time work schedule.
- Handle the full recruitment life cycle, from job postings and candidate sourcing to conducting interviews, managing offers, and on boarding new hires
- Administer payroll processes, attendance tracking, CPF submissions, and income tax filings to ensure timely and accurate payment
- Manage applications, renewals, and cancellations for work passes
- Oversee contract renewals, confirmation processes, and annual performance reviews.
- Handle employee insurance renewals (WICA,FWMI,etc), government surveys, and statutory claims (NS make-up pay, government paid leave,etc)
- Formulate and update HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook to ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with full-spectrum HR responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's employment regulations and HR practices
- Hands-on experience in work pass applications/renewal preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
