Customer Service Admin

# Mondays to Fridays, Office hours
# Customer service admin/order processing
# Salary up to S$2800/month
# Working location near Tai Seng MRT
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming phone calls, emails, and faxes promptly.
- Manage monthly principal service billings
- Plan and coordinate daily deliveries/collections.
- Process orders (Eg. Sales order, invoices quotations).
- Work closely with other teams to resolve customer issues.
- Follow up with customers on outstanding invoice payment.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business/Supply Chain or Accountancy
- Preferrable to have prior experience in Customer Service/Order Processing
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
