My client is a prominent law firm specializing in private client services. With a focus on Family Office & Immigration Practice, they provides tailored legal solutions to clients of significant profile and background.


Job Summary:

My client is seeking a responsible, driven, and motivated Legal Executive to join the team. We value individuals who are passionate, committed, trustworthy, motivated, and client-centric. As my client emphasizes training with the intention to retain talent, we seek candidates who can contribute to and grow with the firm.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide legal support and assistance within the Family Office & Immigration Practice.
  2. Assist in the establishment of family offices and implementation of investment-led immigration schemes.
  3. Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
  4. Draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
  5. Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Mandarin.
  6. Collaborate with experienced lawyers to deliver comprehensive legal services.
  7. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
  8. Demonstrate professionalism and integrity in all client interactions and internal collaborations.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor of Laws degree.
  2. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  5. Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
  6. Prior experience in private client law or related field preferred but not required.
