Senior Project Management Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities

Possessing at least a Bachelor in Computer Science-related field, and at least 3 years of experience in software project management, the Senior Project Management Specialist is expected to lead the planning and implemention of projects based on requirements, allocate resources efficiently, and project evaluations and assessments of results.


What a Project Management Specialist does in Titansoft

  1. Lead the planning and implementation of project base on project tasks and requirements
  2. Manage project resource allocation, assemble and coordinate project staff
  3. Plan and schedule project timelines, track project deliverables using appropriate tools
  4. Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
  5. Liaise with development teams to consolidate the status of work orders
  6. Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
  7. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
  8. Project evaluations and assessment of results
  9. Perform tasks assigned by direct supervisor


What we are looking for in a Project Management Specialist

  1. Minimum Bachelor in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management or related field
  2. At least 5 years of exposure in IT related industry
  3. At least 5 years of experience in project management
  4. At least 3 years of experience in software project management
  5. Familiar with SDLC procedures and methods
  6. PMP is plus
  7. Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
  8. Ability to multi-task and change priorities in a fast paced environment
