Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will primarily focus on engaging with interior designers and FF&E designers, understanding their needs, and promoting our premium product range. Additionally, the Marketing Executive will handle key interactions with contractors, particularly for the submission of samples and in-person meetings, based on designer inquiries and projects.


Job Description

  • Visit potential clients, including interior designers and FF&E designers, to present and promote our premium products.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our product range to effectively communicate features, benefits, and value to designers.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with interior designers and FF&E designers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Manage key interactions with contractors, including the submission of product samples and conducting in-person meetings, as driven by designer inquiries and project requirements.
  • Work closely with the marketing coordinator to arrange product samples, prepare quotations, and manage the invoicing process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing both designer and contractor inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Gather and report feedback from designers and contractors to help refine product offerings and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Min 3 years of experience in a client-facing marketing or sales role, preferably within the interior design, furniture & fixtures or luxury product sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the interior design industry and the specific needs of interior designers and FF&E designers. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to present and promote products to designers and contractors.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Class 3 license
