Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as a Part-Time Data Entry Assistant. If you're organized, efficient, and enjoy handling data-related tasks in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you

Responsibilities:

  • Transfer data from other systems or Excel sheets into accounting software or database systems.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across all platforms.
  • Maintain and track records of completed work.
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative duties such as data filing and organizing records.
  • Perform any other ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Accounting knowledge is preferred.
  • Knowledge of accounting software (Xero) is a plus.
  • Previous data entry experience is a plus.
