Smart Virtual Systems(SVS) Group is seeking a highly motivated ResearchEngineer/ Senior Research Engineer to implementhighly available and scalable microservices-based applications andplatforms forautonomous manufacturing applications. He/she isexpected to be independent and initiative-driven,demonstrating thecapacity to discover innovative solutions tochallenges.

We are seeking a talented andexperienced Software Engineer with experience in MLOps/AI to joinourdynamic team. In this role, you will play a key role in softwaredevelopment and focusing on deployingmachine learning models,implementing MLOps best practices. You will work closely with ourcross-functionalresearch teams to streamline model deployment,improve scalability and reliability ofsystems.

The key roles and responsibilitiesinclude the following:
  • Develop, test,and maintain enterprise system and applications, with a focus inML/AI systems.
  • Implement MLOps best practicesto automate model training, deployment, and monitoringprocesses.
  • Implement and optimize machinelearning algorithms and deep learning architectures.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and software engineersto integrate machine learning solutions into existing systems anddeliver high-quality software products.
  • Optimize AI pipelines for scalability, reliability, andperformance.
  • Conduct performance analysis andoptimization to improve model efficiency and accuracy.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in softwareengineering, AI/ML technologies and bestpractices.

JobRequirements
  • Bacheloror Master Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or relevantdisciplines
  • Must have a minimum of 8 years ofexperience as a Software Developer/Engineer
  • Hands-on experience in Cloud Native Technologies such asin micro-services, DevSecOps, and ContainerisationTechnologies
  • Proficiency in designing anddeveloping microservices and software systems using C# .NET, Pythonand angular
  • A good understanding of CI/CDPipelines in a distributed environment using Git, Artifactory,Jenkins, SonarQube, Docker registry, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with deploying and managingmicroservices using container orchestration platforms(on-prem/public cloud)
  • Can do attitude andhappy to interface with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent troubleshooting, follow-through, andproblemsolving skills, with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communicationskills
  • Hands-on experience with machinelearning frameworks/libraries
  • Understanding ofmachine learning algorithms and techniques
  • Familiarity with deep learning architectures and naturallanguage processing (NLP)techniques.
