Smart Virtual Systems(SVS) Group is seeking a highly motivated Senior orLead Research Engineerto implement highly availableand scalable microservices-based applications and platforms forautonomous manufacturing applications. He/she is expected to beindependent and initiative-driven, demonstrating the capacity todiscover innovative solutions to challenges. We are seeking atalented and experienced Software Engineer with experience inMLOps/AI to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play akey role in software development and focusing on deploying machinelearning models, implementing MLOps best practices. You willclosely work with our cross-functional research teams to streamlinemodel deployment, improve scalability and reliability ofsystems.

The key roles and responsibilitiesinclude the following:

-Develop, test, andmaintain enterprise system and applications, with a focus in ML/AIsystems.

-Implement MLOps best practices toautomate model training, deployment, and monitoringprocesses.

-Optimize and Implement machinelearning algorithms and deep learningarchitectures.

-Collaborate with data scientistsand software engineers to integrate machine learning solutions intoexisting systems and deliver high-quality softwareproducts.

-Optimize AI pipelines forscalability, reliability, and betterperformance.

-Conduct performance analysis andoptimization to improve model efficiency andaccuracy.

-Stay updated on the latestadvancements in software engineering, AI/ML technologies and bestpractices.

JobRequirements

-Bachelor orMaster's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or relevantDisciplines

-Must have a minimum of 5 years ofexperience as a SoftwareDeveloper/Engineer

-Hands-on experience in CloudNative Technologies such as in micro-services, DevSecOps, andContainerization Technologies

-Proficiency indesigning and developing microservices and software systems usingC# .NET, Python and angular

-A goodunderstanding of CI/CD Pipelines in a distributed environment usingGit, Artifactory, Jenkins, SonarQube, Docker registry,etc.

-Hands-on experience with deploying andmanaging microservices using container orchestration platforms(on-prem/public cloud)

-Can do attitude andhappy to interface with multiplestakeholders

-Excellent troubleshooting,follow-through, and problemsolving skills, with attention todetail

-Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills

-Familiarity with deeplearning architectures and natural language processing (NLP)techniques.
