Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

•Lead a team of technicians for aircon facilities related activities.

•Advise and lead the technical investigations for rectification works.

•Liaise with contractors for rectification works or ad-hoc jobs.

•Investigate, analyse and determine the root cause for breakdowns and faults.

•Prepare technical reports on breakdowns and proposals.

•Carry out any ad-hoc project, assignment, maintenance or repair work assigned.

•Ensure complete documentation of procedures and maintenance works.

•Any other ad-hoc work as assigned from time to time.


Responsibilities - ACMV:

•Ensure all works are carried out safely and/or in accordance with safety procedures

•Provide technical advice and assistance to field technicians on all maintenance functions

•Any other tasks, when required by the immediate superior


Requirements:

•Experience in both ACMV and Chillers - 3 Years

•Experience in Air-con repair and maintenance or in HVAC industries is a plus, but not necessary

•Background in Refrigeration/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering is a plus

•Understanding of principles of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating

•Ability to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays with short notice

•Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour

•A good team player and displays positive attitude towards works and has an open mind towards opinion.
