Roles & Responsibilities

Job Descriptions:
  • Identifies and develops new business opportunities
  • Develop overarching strategies to identify and forge strategic alliances, partnerships and other business opportunities to drive company’s growth.
  • Conceptualise, communicate and execute a successful growth strategy in partnership with business units
  • Responsible for generating new commercial opportunities, sets business development and provides leadership to ensure smooth functioning of the team.
  • Maintain accurate records of business development,
  • Communicates business performance and progress regularly to Director

Job Requirements :

  • A good team player and results oriented.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in beauty industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business development and sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong change management skills and experience leading organisational transitions to ensure successful adoption of new processes
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with both internal and external stakeholders
