Job Position

Finance and Operations Specialist


Job Responsibilities

  • Manage financial transactions, including invoices, expense reports and purchase orders in accurate and timely manner.
  • Prepare financial reports and analysis for management review.
  • Prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasting by incorporating various department and stakeholders’ inputs.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations for strategic initiatives and business development opportunities.
  • Identify potential sources of funding, including grants, loans, equity financing, and other fundraising opportunities.
  • Oversee operational and HR activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflow across departments.
  • Maintain inventory levels and track expenses related to procurement, logistics, and supply chain management.


Qualification:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and financial modelling.
  • Ability to understand and excel in various aspects of the business development.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with investors and stakeholders.
