Are you a Creative, Detail-Oriented Video Producer Ready to Take Ownership of Projects?

We're looking for a Video Producer who can balance the artistry of video creation with the practical skills needed to manage clients, lead teams, and deliver outstanding results across a wide range of projects.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead and Manage Projects: Own the production process—manage timelines, budgets, and quality control. You'll lead both internal creative teams and manage client communications. From start to finish, the project is yours to guide.
  • Creative Leadership: Help craft stories that resonate. You'll work on everything from conceptualizing scripts and storyboards to guiding our post-production team with your creative insight and technical know-how.
  • Client Relations: As the main point of contact for our clients, you'll ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. More importantly, you'll handle feedback with a solutions-oriented approach, staying flexible to meet the client's evolving needs.
  • Diverse Project Management: Manage a variety of project types—corporate videos, 2D animation, motion graphics, and more. You'll work on everything from regional campaigns to CSR projects, balancing creative demands with logistical realities.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven Experience: You have a diverse portfolio showcasing your creativity and versatility across different video content types.
  • Leadership: You've demonstrated experience leading creative teams and managing client relationships. You know how to guide both people and projects to success.
  • Technical Know-How: Strong familiarity with video production tools and software such as Adobe Premiere and After Effects. Bonus points if you have animation or other advanced post-production experience.
  • Communication Mastery:You have excellent communication skills, knowing how to strike the right balance between professionalism and approachability with both clients and internal teams.
  • Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Strong time management skills, adaptability to changing situations, and the ability to navigate challenges with minimal guidance.
