Admin Executive/Corporate Travel Services Coordinator

Responsibilities:
-Coordinate with local travel agencies to handle booking and reservation of flight tickets based on company travel needs;
-Develop effective solutions for employee travel needs and concerns;
-In charge of hotel accommodations in Singapore and Overseas;
-Assist in planning overseas travel arrangements;
-Support company meetings and events;
-May be responsible for other administrative related projects and tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
-Diploma or equivalent;
-At least 2 years' experience in a Travel Agent/Travel Coordinator position;
-Previous work experience in Corporate Travel is preferred;
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
-Passion for travel and a deep understanding of different travel destinations;
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
