Job Description:

The Enterprise & Field Marketing organization in ServiceNow is responsible for driving revenue growth, adoption and customer success across all our direct and indirect sales channels.

We are a high performing APAC team, looking for a highly organised, goal-oriented, self-directed professional to be an active player in our larger marketing team. You will interact directly with key business leaders and marketing teams across the globe to drive Brand to Demand Generation strategies across the customer's lifecycle, with a focus on driving strategy for new customer acquisition.

You will play a key role in accelerated pipeline growth, new opportunities and be accountable for revenue targets. You'll be responsible for driving the strategy, planning, delivering, and influencing regional marketing teams to deliver new customer acquisition programs.

You will leverage co-marketing partnerships with hyperscalers and partners to unlock new logos and NNACV sources. You're data-savvy and can provide reporting and insights regularly. You'll work closely with sales organization to align to their GTM strategies and business goals specifically scale motions around digital and mid-market.

Integrated marketing strategy and program development, relationship management skills, team collaboration, adaptability and expertise in enterprise technology marketing in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is crucial to your success.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner between field marketing, sales, partners to gather insights, develop strategies and align plans for new logo acquisition in priority areas, and regularly contribute and communicate back results, learnings and recommendations to the business.
  • Develop a data-informed strategy on audience segmentation and opportunity, prioritization of marketing channels and tactics for wholistic new business acquisition strategy, with strong collaboration and internal alignment.
  • Leverage co-marketing partnerships with hyperscalers to unlock new logos across key personas and industries.
  • Lead through influence to ensure delivery and execution at scale of demand generation programs across the APAC marketing and business teams that result in measurable growth in business goals and revenue. Set best practices in narratives, engagement and high-performance campaigns.
  • Demonstrate depth and savvy in dual go-to-market motions for industry and solutions, to address key audience personas, buying centers and activate the ecosystem for new customer acquisition.
  • Develop and test new program scenarios to drive optimizations and efficiencies against investments.
  • Prepare and input into forecasts, performance reports, monitoring key business metrics, quality and audience insights. d lead best practices on contact acquisitions and outreach initiatives and call teams.
  • Continually look at ongoing innovations and best practices to elevate the program, experience, and results.

Qualifications:

In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
  • 12+ years of marketing experience in a B2B enterprise technology environment directly supporting sales teams such as campaign management or Performance Management
  • Experience in managing budgets and vendors to deliver effective marketing programs at scale.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders across concurrent campaigns.
  • Be digitally savvy with a demonstrated understanding of the role of digital across integrated campaigns.
