Requirements

· Bachelor's degree or master degree in Finance, Business Administrative, Economics, or a relevant field.

· At least 10 years of senior management experience in asset management industry, with expertise in capital markets, investment strategies, risk management, and a proven track record in global investor relations, marketing, and sales. In-depth knowledge of both alternative investments and traditional asset classes.

· Extensive network within both public and private financial sectors, regionally and globally.

· Proven ability to execute sales strategies in global markets while managing the overall operations of a local office.

· Experience in identifying investment opportunities, engaging with investors, and driving business growth.

· Ability to develop and implement long-term strategic visions aligned with company goals, driving growth and improving operational efficiency.

· Expertise in overseeing financial performance, optimizing cost structures, and identifying new revenue streams.

· Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage high-performing teams.

· Proven success in maintaining regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and upholding the highest ethical standards in asset management.

Responsibilities

· Develop and execute the company's vision, mission, and long-term strategic goals, ensuring alignment with evolving market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscapes.

· Monitor market trends, industry shifts, and competitor activities, utilizing data-driven insights to make strategic decisions.

· Design and implement marketing and sales strategies targeting global LPs and institutional investors to drive business growth.

· Expand the firm's investor base by leveraging existing relationships and fostering new connections.

· Identify and capitalize on new investment opportunities, offering tailored solutions to investors that align with their needs.

· Oversee the local office's business operations, ensuring full alignment with corporate strategy and organizational objectives.

· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with investors, clients, and key stakeholders to drive ongoing collaboration and success.

· Identify and seize emerging investment opportunities, new market segments, and innovative financial products, strengthening the firm's market position and ensuring long-term growth.

· Provide oversight of portfolio management, investment strategies, and asset allocation, implementing effective risk management practices to protect assets.

· Drive the financial health of the organization, focusing on profitability, cost control, and revenue generation.

· Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements, maintaining the highest ethical standards across the company.
