Roles & Responsibilities

Job Title: International Trade Manager | SEA & Greater ChinaIndustry: PP/ABS
Job Responsibilities:
  1. Assist the General Manager in formulating international business strategies and implementing annual international business development and sales targets.
  2. Responsible for building and managing the personnel system, cultivating the international business department team, and evaluating performance indicators and capabilities.
  3. Oversee customer qualifications, business and contract approval processes, plan team funds, and achieve the company's sales targets.
  4. Communicate with major international business customers, manage upstream and downstream contacts, handle various affairs during business execution, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  5. Conduct international market sales research and market surveys, and develop plans based on international market conditions.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in International Trade or Business English.
  2. 5-10 years of experience in international trade bulk commodity trading, with at least 3 years of management experience. Familiarity with aromatic and olefin industry chain products and relevant import/export experience preferred.
  3. Extensive knowledge of international trade goods shipment, contract terms, documentation, letters of credit, and futures transactions related to petroleum/crude oil, chemicals, and plastic raw materials.
  4. Strong negotiation and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders, with the ability to actively resolve problems and disputes.
  5. Excellent English and Chinese reading, writing, and expression skills, and proficiency in commonly used work software.
  6. Familiar with China trade business.
  7. High sense of responsibility, attention to detail, proactive attitude, strong logical thinking ability, results-oriented mindset, and strong stress resistance.
  8. Ability to travel within SEA.
