Inventory & Logistic Administrative - West

Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with freight forwarders.
- Prepare commercial invoices, packing lists, tax invoices, delivery orders, and other necessary documentation.
- Monitor and notify relevant personnel of stock arrivals.
- Ensure accurate receipt of stocks.
- Update inventory listings for demonstration and sales/service delivery orders.
- Maintain proper inventory storage locations.
- Conduct monthly stock takes.
- Plan and monitor logistical movements to ensure smooth delivery.
- Investigate and resolve delayed or discrepant deliveries.
- Provide administrative and office support.
- Manage incoming calls and greet guests.
- Perform other general ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification.
- Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- A team player with a positive attitude toward learning.
- Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply.
Additional Details:
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
