Its import, export and domestic businesses involve a diverse range of products such as automobile, automotive parts, automotive accessories, electronics components, metals, plastic, chemical and food produces.


About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Strategy and Business Innovation Manager to lead the development and execution of innovative strategies within the supply chain sector of TTAP. This role requires a strong understanding of industry trends, business model innovation, and operational efficiency, with a focus on delivering value to our key stakeholders in supply chain.


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of business model innovations, customer-centric strategies, and value proposition designs.

• Conduct advanced market and competitive analysis to identify business opportunities and inform strategic decisions.

• Provide insights into manufacturing operations, pain points, and supply chain challenges, driving operational improvements.

• Oversee ROI analysis, resource allocation, and scalability planning for business initiatives.

• Work closely with senior leadership to align strategy with financial and operational objectives.

• Champion innovation within the organization through ideation techniques, rapid prototyping, and continuous learning.

• Mentor and guide junior team members to develop their skills and ensure successful project execution.


Required Skills & Experience:

• A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business strategy, market analysis, and business model innovation within manufacturing and supply chain industries.

• Prior success and deep understanding of manufacturing processes, operations, and supply chain trends.

• Strong financial acumen with experience in ROI analysis, budgeting, and resource allocation.

• Expertise in driving innovation through ideation and prototyping techniques.

• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute on high-level goals.

• Organize and ensure alignment of work-streams with long-term goals and business objectives

• Excellent leadership and mentoring skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.

• Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, listening and interpersonal skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leading large-scale, cross-departmental initiatives in manufacturing or supply chain operations.

• Certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or related fields are a plus.

• Familiarity with digital transformation trends in manufacturing and supply chain management.

• Understanding of AI knowledge and skills
