Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of innovative game concepts and mechanics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive game design and execution.
  • Provide clear creative direction and constructive feedback to design team members.
  • Analyze player feedback and market trends to continuously improve game design.
  • Mentor and develop junior designers, fostering professional growth.
  • Represent the design team in meetings with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Game Design, Interactive Media, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in game design, with at least 1 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of game mechanics, storytelling, and player psychology.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in game design software and tools such as Unity, Unreal Engine, or similar.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Portfolio demonstrating successful game design projects and creative leadership.
