  • Check & review acct payable daily posting, checking of payments prepared by acct payable.
  • Update and monitor cash book balance
  • Fixed Asset (FA) – Maintain FA register / process of disposal of assets or non-assets submitted by user department / Asset Tagging.
  • Maintain refurbishment project cost / documents.

Quarterly

Yearly

  • Preparation of Year End Closing.
  • Budget Import for Hotel and Office Block.
  • Liaise with tax agent on yearly income tax submission related matters. Ensure timely submission.
  • Liaise with Auditors for all audit related matters.
