Job Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Senior Manager to oversee and drive our international exhibition projects in the Food & Beverage sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing international projects, particularly in F&B and Foodservice sectors, and possess a deep understanding of the bakery, pasta, pizza, pastry, coffee & tea, and gelato industries.

As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, working with international stakeholders, and ensuring that all projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Your expertise will be essential in coordinating international operations and identifying new opportunities for growth in both foreign & local markets.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage international exhibition projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different regions to develop and execute successful strategies

· Identify target markets - This could include markets with emerging food trends, growing foodservice industries, or areas where F&B exhibitions are popular.

· Build and maintain relationships with international clients, suppliers, and stakeholders

· Monitor project progress and report on key metrics, offering insights for improvement

· Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior in international markets

Qualifications & Experience:

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing international exhibition or event projects in the F&B or food services sector.

· In-depth knowledge and experience in bakery, pasta, pizza, pastry, coffee & tea, gelato industries

· Proven track record of successful project management with international teams and stakeholders

· Strong understanding of international market dynamics, cultural nuances, and regulatory requirements

· Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse cultures

· Fluency in Italian & English; additional languages are a plus

· Willingness to travel internationally as required

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Event Management, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field (preferred)
