Job Type: Contract
Key Responsibilities:
ITIL Foundation
1) Pick up call from User
2) Resolve User issue through phone
3) Log INC ticket
4) Follow through Service request
1) Ensure end to end INC ticket
2) Ensure end to end SR ticket
Monday to Friday – Either 07.30am to 05.00pm OR 09.00am to 06.30pm
