Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee the strategic assessment of financial performance across service lines, placing a focus on the group's overall profitability and contribution. Oversee the creation and use of key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance measures that are in line with organisational objectives
  • Exercise leadership while working with financial teams and service line leaders to collect, evaluate, and understand intricate quantitative and qualitative data. Lead assessments of the success of plans and activities put into action, highlighting areas with a high impact that require improvement
  • Share with stakeholders your advanced research and insights and offer thoughtful, practical suggestions for improving financial performance. Work together with leaders of the service lines and executive leadership to ensure that financial choices are in accordance with the overall goals of the company
  • Stay ahead of growing difficulties by creating and implementing creative solutions to ensure the integrity of data used in performance assessments

Candidate Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting and Finance, Business or related field with minimally 12 years of expertise in the field of corporate performance management combined with a strong sense of judgement, agility in response, and a strategic attitude
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and commercial acumen, especially the capacity to connect new developments, products, and strategies to possible business effects
  • Exceptional leadership abilities and a track record of spearheading projects that improve organisational performance
  • Proven ability to develop and implement meaningful KPIs that drive strategic decision-making
