Job description

  • Perform reception duties including registration, payment collection and administrative duties relating to patients
  • Assist doctors and nursing colleagues during consultations and procedures.
  • Assist the Clinic Manager in ensuring the smooth operations of the Clinic
  • Provide patient centric experience
  • Provision clinical decisions’ by providing communication with patients and their family members.
  • Ensure that feedback (if any), to be attend to promptly.
  • Comply with MOH, CPF medical schemes, and private health insurer guidelines for financial counseling.

Requirements

  • SNB registered for nurses.
  • Diploma or equivalent, 1-2years of experience.
  • Competent with Microsoft office including Vlookup
  • Passionate in healthcare and patient service work.
  • Willing to travel to different branches.
  • Willing to work on Saturday half day
  • Remuneration to commensurate with experiences.
