Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Digital/Technology project management to provide administration and support to the team covering all projects aspects. This is a 12 months contract role to start with a potential to extend.

Responsibilities:

Demand Management:

  • Support the Digital Intake process and manage the SOW and invoice processes.
  • Lead organizational projects and assist with team administration (e.g., access requests).

Quality Assurance & Governance:

  • Ensure projects adhere to the IT Delivery Framework/Ways of Work, including status reporting and governance reviews.
  • Use project management tools to track and report on projects, maintaining data integrity.
  • Assist Portfolio teams in preparing for governance meetings and reviews.
  • Coordinate Portfolio Governance Committee meetings and manage logistics.
  • Administer and maintain the Digital Delivery Framework in Confluence
  • Participate in health checks and audits to ensure best practices are followed.
  • Portfolio Lifecycle Support:

Potfolio Lifecyce Support:

  • Ensure global reporting deadlines are met for Portfolio/Program/Project teams.
  • Support resource management by optimizing resource allocation and maintaining resource utilization reports.
  • Coordinate key Portfolio activities, including strategic planning, governance committees, and reviews.
  • Maintain records for all IT Portfolio/Projects/Enhancements throughout their lifecycle.
  • Analyze data and perform post-project evaluations to assess IT Portfolio performance.
  • Provide insights to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Assist with business change management projects to ensure smooth adoption and alignment with organizational goals.

Experience & Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a technology project management, administration, or support role.
Industry Background: Experience in a large multinational corporation, preferably within the insurance industry.
Portfolio & Project Management: Strong understanding of technology portfolio, program, and project management concepts.
Agile & Product Development: Proven expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, LEAN, Kanban, SAFe, etc.), with qualifications or certifications in Agile and Product Development.
Stakeholder Management: Experience working with stakeholders across various levels, countries, and cultures. Ability to build trust and resolve conflicts effectively.
PPM Tools: Hands-on experience with the usage, maintenance, and administration of PPM tools.
Change Management: Experience in supporting or leading change management projects is a plus.
Digital Product Management: Familiarity with the digital product management lifecycle, particularly within the insurance, finance, or retail services industries.

  • Excellent analytical skills to assess, research, and provide valuable insights.
  • High-level communication, collaboration, and change management expertise.

Technical Competencies:

  • Knowledge of strategic/lean portfolio management and successful support of digital portfolios and products.
  • Proficiency in Agile software development processes (XP, Kanban, Scrum, etc.) and techniques such as user stories and test-driven development.
  • Experience with product management tools such as Clarity, Confluence, Jira, and Mural.
