Roles & Responsibilities

Our client, INDEPENDENT RESERVE SG PTE. LTD. is a leading global cryptocurrency liquidity provider and trading firm. Established to bridge the gap between institutional and retail cryptocurrency markets, they offer deep liquidity, competitive pricing, and advanced trading solutions across a broad range of digital assets.Responsibilities:
  • Implement and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure accurate operational changes.
  • Support trade settlement, asset custody, clearing, deposits, and withdrawals.
  • Oversee and reconcile digital asset transactions and manage trade lifecycles.
  • Act as a process owner for current functions and support technical and process enhancements.
  • Understand and support clearinghouse risk management tools.
  • Collaborate with product and tech teams to improve processes and automation.
  • Manage projects, including timelines, updates, and Jira workflows.
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years in operations, ideally in banking, brokerage, or fintech.
  • Familiarity with fixed income, currencies, crypto, derivatives, or commodities.
  • Background in clearing, settlement, and risk management roles.
  • Knowledge of digital asset custodians and blockchain is a plus.
  • Experience with futures, options, and OTC products preferred.
  • Previous interaction with front office and senior management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility to work across time zones in a 24/7 environment.
  • Resilience under high-pressure situations.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and proficiency in MS Excel.
