Responsibilities
- Serve as main liaison between customers and service team.
- Manage queue system, greeting customers professionally and ensuring a seamless service experience.
- Complete and maintain accurate records via job sheets.
Skills Required
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in customer service or related fields.
- Prior working experience in the automotive experience would be advantageous.
